Parts Development

'Klabs provides high-quality parts development services based on expertise.'

3D printing is the most effective way to develop new products or improve existing products in the early stages of development. 3D printing allows you to design concepts quickly and efficiently, making them ideal for rapid development testing, performing as many iterations as necessary, and precise modifications. This can speed up the production process and bring ideas and products to market faster.

‘DfAM Optimal Design: Design and Interpretation at the same time’

K-Labs provides DfAM optimal design for the development of optimized parts, not just prototyping. It is designed to maintain structure and rigidity even after removing unnecessary parts, reducing the weight of the product while reducing manufacturing costs.

What is 'DfAM'

Design For Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) is a technology necessary to optimize 'design', which is considered one of the six core technologies of 3D printing manufacturing, alon with materials, equipment, processes, post-processing, certification and evaluation. DfAM is recognized as an innovative design technique because it enables processing of complex shapes that were difficult to process with conventional machining or molds.

Materials suitable for component development

3D printing is expanding its use not onlt in manufacturing but also in various fields such as high value-added industries such as automobiles and aerospace. In order to be used as parts in the actual industry, high durability and rigidity are required, and the appropriate material must be selected accordingly.
